What each class is
- Karate and self-defense
- Traditional U.S.A. Goju as Grandmaster Peter G. Urban taught it. Mondays and Thursdays with Sensei Ferdman. This is the core of the dojo.
- Aiki JuJutsu and self-defense
- Wednesdays and Saturdays with Sensei Dimitri and Sensei Yakov. Wrestling, judo and self-defense techniques alongside the JuJutsu. Call for training.
- MMA
- Fridays with Kenny. All ages.
- Sambo
- Four evenings a week for children and teens. The Sambo instructors arenot affiliated with U.S.A. Goju and run their own classes on this floor.
- Private instruction
- Martial arts, self-defense, weight lifting and strength training, on request. Call (718) 645-2402.
